These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from Ashford Co ("we", "us", "our"), a business established at 14 Crest Hill Dr, Fountain Inn, South Carolina 29644, United States, contactable at sac@ashfordco.shop. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, in order to place an order.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We take care to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary depending on your screen, and minor variations in finish, measurement and packaging can occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content are entirely free of error. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. Payment is taken at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than supply at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, and will refund you in full where we do so. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and may refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timeframes, customs charges and delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, the right of withdrawal and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, including a valid email address and a complete delivery address, and to update that information as needed so that we can fulfil your order and contact you about it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and page layout, is our property or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of it commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, or to collect the personal information of other users.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
